"The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures - fresh, clean, cozy, comfortable, serene with a gorgeous view! The reason I'm only giving it an overall rating of 4, is because: 1 - There's no bathtub (yes, the description clearly states shower only - but come on! e/o loves a bath after a tiring day..) 2 - There is a raised stone slab on the floor where the fireplace should be. "The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point… "

"I stayed with my 2 teenage daughters and found the Inn to be perfect for our trip. The location was great amidst many of the quaint Catskills towns, as well as access to the mountains for skiing. The staff was very friendly and wonderful and our room was very comfortable with nice linens and natural light. Ambiance by the fire at night (indoors and out!) was lovely and our breakfast and dinner experiences were delicious. Nothing but great things to say!"

"This is a unique place with many curiosities, charm and character. Check-in was super easy, clear instructions for late arrival, extra bed, as discussed overall the phone. Super clean, cozy, sufficient bedding and towels. Breakfast was joy on it's own - delicious and plentiful. Our host, Ben explained parking rules and where to leave car during the snow storm. Highly recommend! "
