"No one was there to check us in. We left. Your company is telling us that we cannot yet the full refund… We spoke with the establishment and they said that they have told you that they are not going to charge us. I expect a full refund. I can forward the email they sent confirming this if you’d like. "

"Neil was great and very helpful. Place was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to have family dinners a few nights. Beds very comfortable. I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey."

"This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. The apartment was clean, tidy, but not well equipped for everyday cooking. We had to buy quite a lot of kitchen equipment. Neil and the staff were very helpful. Although there are 2 restaurants within walking distance they are not always open and you need to book in advance. I would recommend a car, if staying here, so that you can shop for supplies and explore...
