"Was not able to access the home due to no prior contact or response from the host. Sadly had to call VRBO , which after being on hold for well over an hour did refund us. Check in was at 3 and at 6:10 the same day received email from VRBO stating host cancelled our stay due to not meeting age requirements of 19 years old - not only am I 58 , the rest of the party was over 19 as well - never were we asked to prove this and disappointed to hear this is why host never contacted us . "This property was incredible — secluded, private, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 10 of us. David was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in town for Ironman Lake Placid and moving a bit slowly on checkout day, and David kindly allowed us a late checkout. The house has a great vibe and is the perfect spot for a weekend out in the Adirondaks."

"The house is super cute and well laid out with all the amenities you need for a great stay. A lot of effort was put in to the landscaping and interior decorations. The fire pit area is nice, and lit with cute string lights, and the hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of hiking. Shannon's communication was perfect and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco which was also very nice. We had a great time. The only negative is that it just could have been a little cleaner."

"A great space as our home base for day trips and skiing. The property manager stopped by when we arrived with treats and a great tip about parking at White Face. The in-laws apartment allowed our group to have plenty of space for separate activities and quiet time when needed. "

"This rental was the perfect home base for our family in town for a celebration. We enjoyed ample space and comfort, making it easy for everyone to gather together. The two ovens and large dining table were especially useful for preparing meals. With a great location, fire pit, and grill, this home created a truly special occasion for everyone, and the play area was excellent for the kids. "

"House was updated , clean and lovely decorated. Fully equipped with towels and linen. Spacious kitchen. New refrigerator. Quiet area, ,nestled in mountains, attractuve exterior. Only 18 minutes from Ausable Chasm. Only have to carefully look foir house number on highway, somewhat hidden in a bush. Owner was very responsive and helpful. "
