"I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled"

"This place is an excellent place to stay. Less than 20 minutes from CDP and a beautiful drive to and from. You will lots wildlife here while sitting on the spacious and shaded front porch! House has everything you need. We slept with the A/C units on the first night and then just slept with windows open and were very comfortable! Joe is also a great host, checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend!"

"My son was playing in the 12U Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and I needed a place for me and my parents to stay that would let us get to him quickly and yet have a spot that was more than just a hotel room. I found this widnefuk small home and it was just about the best VRBO I’ve ever booked! The property was clean and beautiful and the check-in process was simple. Each of the three rooms had a beautiful comfortable bed and the kitchen had great appliances and plenty of working space...

"Although it is very buggy because it backs up to a marsh/pond area the house was perfect for my family. It was clean and ready to go on time. It had everything you needed to cook and clean including towels and sheets. The owner was lovely as well and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. Lastly, it is less than 20 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown! It really was a great location!"
