"The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point… "

"This is a unique place with many curiosities, charm and character. Check-in was super easy, clear instructions for late arrival, extra bed, as discussed overall the phone. Super clean, cozy, sufficient bedding and towels. Breakfast was joy on it's own - delicious and plentiful. Our host, Ben explained parking rules and where to leave car during the snow storm. Highly recommend! "

"Very beautiful home and nice owners - would have liked a little more privacy and flexibility with scheduling breakfast or means to communicate re: scheduling changes. So convenient for Belleayre skiing!"

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
