"We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!"

"Booked the property for our bridal party and close friends to stay in during our wedding weekend. Hosts were extremely accommodating through some hiccups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"I loved the look of it in the photos, and when I first arrived, I was even more charmed by what I encountered in person. However, once I started needing to use the facilities, especially the kitchen, I realized that they were in dire need of renovation/swapping out. The cottage can easily retain the vintage/rustic feel and be a much more pleasant nook with a new kitchen and bathroom. "We had an amazing time staying at Bob and Katie's place! We visited during the peak of winter and experienced lots of snow, which gave us breathtaking views—absolutely beautiful. The house was well-heated and fully equipped, perfect for spending cozy moments indoors. Plus, there’s a convenience store just 3 minutes away with everything you might need. Highly recommend it!"

"We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

"Our short weekend stay at Ambyr’s home was wonderful. She graciously accepted our three dogs after our original host had to cancel (due to unexpected circumstances). The house and the property were wonderful. Our dogs loved that there was much to explore. By Saturday evening, they were wiped out! The house is within a short driving distance to so many attractions and it’s also been recently updated . We would definitely recommend! "

The hot tub was amazing during the winter months and the view of the frozen lake was lovely.Extremely comfortable here would definitely come back. "Very clean and comfortable house. Our family did not feel like we were staying in a rental property. The lake is located in a picturesque valley. The location is convenient to dining and shopping in Skaneateles. The house is located at the southern portion of Lake Otisco. This part of the lake has a mud bottom which does make the water very murky. The host is very accommodating. "
