"A lovely, quiet, renovated, quaint property that combines antique charms and modern conveniences. Serene pool that overlooks the lake, and backs up to a lush yard and forest! What more could you ask for? A fenced property for our city doggie to stretch her legs - she was in heaven. Our host cooked us a delicious breakfast which included homade pesto (from his garden!) and homade granola... divine. "We had a meditation retreat at this home. The home is large- and is a charming house that seemed to go on forever. Two huge communal rooms- both we large enough for both yoga and meditation. The community is quiet and off the beaten path which it a very special location - this is the second time we rented this place from Travis. He was always in communication and was a great host. Very accommodating and responsive to any our needs.i highly recommend this home. Thank you again."

Typically my partner and I like to go out to eat and explore surrounding towns, and while you can also do that at this properly, the cottage and surrounding landscape is so nice that you never need to leave. "Great spot! Very peaceful property and unique house. The proximity of the house to the pool and hot tub was great since it was so close. Slept two families of five comfortably with a little creativity. Also took the MetroNorth train to the city one day which was easy too. Highly recommend!"
