"We had a lovely short break at this hotel and spa. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are great and the food being served up is really, very good. We booked in yesterday early and used the spa and pool area for a few hours until our room was ready to check into. Very clean throughout, very well presented and apart from the waitresses leaving us for 10 minutes while they disappeared out back together, I couldn’t fault anything else. We will visit again happily. "

"Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable."

"I went to Diss to see friends & colleagues. On arrival no one was there to meet me as I had arrived early. There was no way of contacting the proprietor. They were on holiday, their adult daughter & son in law were taking care of bookings/stays. I had to wait for them to come home from work. The son in law was the first to arrive and was friendly & apologetic. The daughter arrived and she was equally lovely. The room was so nice and comfortable. I had a fantastic sleep & enjoyed my stay.
