Having the private dock right in front of the house is so nice. The location is perfect, right next to the boatyard restaurant/bar and within walking distance from so many other places. "This is my second visit to this lovely property. Terrific and timely communication woth the host, comfortable, cozy beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is close to everything but has a more suburban feel becuse its so quiet! Our host went above and beyond and dropped off a small cooler for our day trips around the state so that we didn't have to buy one and leave it behind. When I'm in the Metro Columbus area I don't know that I'd ever stay anywhere else now!"

The host was excellent with supplying all of the needed information for our stay and we greatly appreciated the 11:00 check out. The backyard was very cozy and inviting and we were welcomed by the beauty of a deer in the backyard when we arrived. The neighborhood was very peaceful. My family really enjoyed our stay and my kids requested I be sure to remember this house for another stay. "
