"Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...

"First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. "

"Overall it was very inviting, clean and a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation. I did find trash and clothing under two of the beds that I was not expecting and the floors could have been cleaned better but I believe the cleaning company was behind that day and trying to hurry. We were not able to enter the property until 20-30 mins after check in time because of this but at NO fault to the host. The backyard was perfect for us and our dogs to run around and relax.
