Villa de Arica is a typical Spanish village, up in the hills but easy to get to by car, just 25 minutes from the airport. The villa is large and comfortable, but the real treat is the extensive gardens and pool area. There are so many different areas to sit out in. "Overall excellent experience. Check in had some hick ups because access was sent online after we left home and we had trouble with our internet connection and the given phone number was not correct. Was solved though after finding a restaurant with WIFI (so if you book make sure you do have mobile roaming). There was a big construction happening right above the villa-not the owner's fault but it affected us with lack of parking and smell and noise. The villa itself is gorgeous, well maintained...
