"This was an amazing experience at such a lovely spot overlooking the harbor and lighthouse. We stayed in the Family Suite above Lithos restaurant. The extra cost even though we only needed one room/one bed was very well worth it. It was a bit difficult to find as we had to check in at Domus Renier property (their sister boutique hotel). This is entered through Zepos restaurant which is on the harbor. This part was not communicated to us so we had to call from the number given to us for Domus...

"El Hotel es muy cuco y esta decorado exquisitamente hasta el detalle. Llegamos muy tarde y sin problemas nos indicaron como acceder. Las escaleras son muy empinadas y que uno de los detalles fueran unos tapones me hace pensar que fuera de época covid o en pleno agosto el ruido será un problema. Pero el hotel esta muy céntrico y para mi es recomendable "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!"

"Debe mejorar el drenaje de la ducha, se acumula mucho el agua y tarda demasiado en bajar. Hay que cerrar rápido la puerta de la entrada de la habitacion pq hay muchas moscas del edificio."
