"We had a very enjoyable stay. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials that we needed; the bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was nice. We had easy access to the beach; this house is right by the boardwalk. I love that they had beach towels available for us to use and beach chairs, bogie boards and many other things with a wagon to haul them to the beach. The host Mitch & Susan are very easy to work with and stayed in touch with us to see...

Wish i could have been able to afford to stay 1 more night. 1 night is not enough. I suggest to everyone 2 nights minimum to enjoy the beach and the pools."

"We travel together and decided to check out Destin. We went deep sea fishing with First Light charter, and had a great time! At the house we enjoyed the game room, heated pool and we loved fishing off the dock! The beach was beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat on our last day and it was the crowd favorite! "

"We loved the property itself. The lack of parking was a huge hassle and the size of the spots was a bother but we made it work with the people around us. The description of the rooms was spot on and the distance to the beach was amazing!!! We only had one problem with a bathroom fixture while we were there and the maintenance crew came and fixed it right away and they were very nice. The only thing we would’ve liked to have changed would’ve been the opportunity to upgrade our chairs and umbrella...
