"Host responded very quickly to toilet paper and trash needs. Bathrooms updated very nice, very hot showers. Only 7 towels, 3 wash cloths and 3 hand towels for 9 guests. Laundry on site was accessible and clean so we made do. Main floors tiles appeared to be cleaned but had deep grooves in them that left your feet easily dirty. Father in law cleaned the entire pool area, which needed it. Would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. The prior stay had lots of kids and one duvet smelt...

"Really enjoyed this place. Close to the strip, and the pool was perfect, and the arcade was lots of fun. Highly recommend it, can’t wait to return."

"We had an amazing time, we just wished we had one more day, this home is incredible, the owner was extremely accommodating, the rooms are very spacious, it's excellent for any large group, plenty of space, pool is beautiful, we just had a very good time, next time that were in Vegas we'll definitely be re- booking!!!!!"

"Everything in the place was brand new and very nice. Huge walk in closet and very spacious living space. Bidet, bathtub, kitchen had all the newest features. There is a gate that requires a remote (which was given to me when I arrived) to open to get inside the property which I did not know about. "

"Host stayed in contact before, during, and after visit. 20 minutes to the strip (with no traffic) but local casinos/restaurants/stores/waterpark nearby. Property in and out was clean. (Bring your own Lysol if you’re the anxious type.) Many different areas to lounge throughout the house. Backyard was wonderful for kids of all ages. Ran to Walmart to get safety equipment for non-swimmers. Neighbors kept to themselves. Was a pleasant getaway for group of six. Just what we needed."

"Upfront, owner/manager is very open to communication and responsiveness. Pool table was smaller than expected but i assume thats my fault...skimmed and not read...there is a difference. No concerns with the stay and highly recommend. "
