Perfect getaway

We enjoyed out stay for so many reasons. The grounds were beautiful and the unit was as advertised. It was perfect for our visit. My mom doesn't get around well which made this a perfect fit for out needs. We were steps away from the pool. The sidewalk to and through the upper part of the beach made it easier for here to get get access to the provided chairs on the upper beach. The staff at RFV were friendly and there to help when needed. Loved the private feeling of RFV and Hillsboro Beach but close proximity to the Deerfield Beach path, shops, restaurants, etc. Hope to come back again, we loved it.

Quiet, relaxing, beautiful property! Sunrise coffee on the ocean sand, and sunset wine on the intracoastal lawn. Can't beat that!

Perfect spot

Great location, excellent amenities

Great location directly on a private beach with pool access. Everything we could possibly need was available for cooking meals while staying at the villa. We had a small issue with the door code, but Tom (property owner) immediately jumped in to help resolve the issue. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Lovely house with everything you need

Great compact house with all the equipment you would need and more, though nowhere really to store your own food. Super location on the beach front but too far for an easy walk to the nearest restaurant or shop. It was also rather loud being so close to the pool, especially when there are screaming girls and loud music at 11pm. Loved it at first but grew tired of the noise. Did ask office to help with that but they didn't reply.

Great beach house steps from the ocean.

The villa was everything we expected. Tom was a gracious host and was available immediately for a small issue that was quickly fixed. Shopping and restaurants are close and the amenities were great. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Tom! The Newmans.

Winter get away

This property is literally steps from the heated pool and steps from the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and their are huts with lounge chairs that allow for full, or partial sun as well as full shade. There is also a small patio attached to the property. Everything one needs is provided inside including two coffee makers, super soft towels, and TV's in every room. The best part is that you can walk (1 mile or less) to the area of Deerfield where all the restaurants are, which is a real plus since parking is at a premium.

Beautiful view

The most beautiful view, amazing beach and easy check in. We would definitely book again. Low traffic beach and blue beautiful water. The landscape and pool were lovely too. Tom was readily available and responded fast.

Already wishing we were back…

We’ve only been home a couple hours, and I couldn’t wait to leave this review. This vacation was definitely one of our favorites- from the location of the villa (steps to beach, steps to pool) to the helpful information Tom gave us with all of the nearby stores and restaurants- it really couldn't have been better for my family of 6. The area is quiet and peaceful, the people are courteous, and we had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. The villa was also clean and beds were very comfortable. Thank you again, Tom, for the easiest vacation this mom has ever taken with her kids!

Anniversary Celebration

The location of the Villa was wonderful ! Walk out the door and you are right beside the pool; walk past one villa and you are right on the Beach. The Ocean is visible from the front door, and just steps away. The fully equiped kitchen was ready for cooking, or simple snack preparation. Full sized Appliances, coffee machines (1 Kurig and 1 Regular) The Icemaker was quick to refill. Any requests were quickly handled by the office, Mike was around the property most of the time performing maintenance, or just sprucing things up, Very relaxing and pretty close to Restaurants and shopping

Fantastic Villa!

Great location and host! Was perfect to have a private house for my family of 4 and we were only steps from the sand and steps from the pool. The host also provided us with beach chairs, cooler and bbq so we had everything we needed for our much needed family vacation!

Best of Both Worlds

Private beach beyond the beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Lovely pool, cozy cottages with good privacy. Well-stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bath. Property maintenance was great. Will stay again!

Cannot wait to go again next year

Stayed at many of the Royal Flamingo properties over the years and this villa was by far the best. Very clean, well decorated, nice furnishings, great location, etc. Tom, and his families properties are the nicest of all the villas. Tom and his brother Chuck are good, honest people.
