"The house was just as advertised. Excellent communication with host. The beds were very comfortable. The space accommodate all 24 members of my family. I'm going to rent this rental next year for our family gathering."

About 30 minutes to the parks, 10 minutes to all the restaurants and entertainment you need!"House is set in a great quiet corner lot on a small lake, that offers you nightly views of the Disney Fireworks from both the pool and the living room!Plenty of space, very clean, quiet and accommodating for all your families needs!"

"We had a wonderful time at this home. The kitchen is fully stocked which allowed us to easily prepare foods for everyone, even the kids. We were able to use Airplay to play our own music and cast videos to the outdoor tv's and theater. Plenty of space for our 7 adults and 5 kids. And the outdoor kitchen and pool were icing on the cake."

"This house was amazing! We had a blast and wished we were able to stay longer. Pool and hot tub were so clean! House was spotless! The kids had a blast playing pool and loved the movie theater. The only thing I'd recommend is fixing the ceiling fans throughout the house. Most of them were set on low and could not be changed despite having a remote control so it was very warm in the upstairs bedrooms. "

"From the start of the trip to finish, the customer service and cleanliness of the house was nothing but top notch. Each person had their own bathroom and bed which was amazing after a long day at the parks. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing after a long day as well. The beds were so comfortable and the AC was exceptional in keeping the house cool during the 100 degree days. I cannot thank Janine and her team enough for an unforgettable trip! I will definitely be back!!!"

"The house was great for us to all get together and very spacious for us to spread out. We had a couple days at parks and then enjoyed lazy days by the pool. Great vacation spot. "

"Overall it was ok.( The house)Negatives: Very hectic parking especially if you are not riding with everyone coming. Parking info was not clearly stated until we had outside guest stop by. My aunt drove 2 hours to bring me a gift on my Birthday and was turned away, because I am guessing they don’t allow people in after 10pm. There is a 6 car max with people staying plus guest, which sucked for us, because our group drove from all over in Florida to centrally meet in Orlando, so we already were...

"This was our second stay in this villa, our first visit being 10 years ago. The villa remains beautiful and we had a lovely stay here. We enjoyed all the villa had to offer, the games room and private pool being a favourite. The villa is well equipped and a home from home. The location is good for the Disney parks and close to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. "
