The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. "One of the best accomodation that I ever rented. The space is big enough for up to 2-3 people, with 2 separate twin beds and 1 couch, complete with all the instructions on everything (lamps, toilets, kitchen, lights, arrival and departure checklists). Kitchen utensils and flat amenities are complete. There's also microwave, fridge and washing machine. If there's few things I can add, might be a good addition to have room heater, kitchen basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt and pepper), and also...

"Had a 4 night stay in May, we found the apartment to have everything we needed. It was very clean, decently equipped kitchen, and after a couple of weeks travelling a bonus having a washing machine. The location was excellent - easy walk to beach and cafes and also into Cottesloe. Our car was a bit too big for the underground car park but plenty of free parking on the street right outside. "Exactly the right place for our plans. Those who don‘t just want to sit in the car can reach everything on foot. Rottnest can be seen and quickly reached. The train station is not to far away. You can easily get around using public transport. Quick communication. All in all, recommended. "
