I would try a different hotel next time

"We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night. "Malgré l'accueil et la grande gentillesse du personnel, il y a 2 fausses notes : J'avais téléphoné 5 fois depuis Paris pour réserver un jeep pour faire un safari le lendemain. On a pas pris en considération ma demande J ai été obligée de rester jusqu'à minuit à la réception pour trouver une jeep. ..."
