"If I was going to take a map of Menton and put a pin in the spot I wanted to have an apartment, this would be that spot.Immediately close to the beach and the covered market and the port. There an abundance of good restaurants on the beach walk and more slightly back from the beach.The view from balcony is perfect.Catherine arranged (at a fee) parking for us. We didn't take the car out a single time in our 6 day stay. When we wanted to go to Monte Carlo, we used the free bus to get to the train...

"Sobretodo la ubicación para ir a esquiar és fantástica, remonte al lado del edificio. Apartamento bién aprovechado. Cocina y baño del piso de arriba excelente. Faltaria un poco de limpieza de los rincones y los protectores de los colchones. Hemos estado muy a gusto."

"This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!"

"Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!"

Petite terrasse avec jolie vue.Entrée et arrivée autonomes, parking en face de la résidence. Bonne communication avec Fabrice tout au long du séjour ainsi qu’en amont.
