"We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. "

The accommodations were spotless, well equipped for visitors, comfortable, OK and inviting. "

"The entire process was SO easy, my first Vrbo! Reaching the host was easy, always got a quick reply and a simple answer for my questions. Im not sure Ive EVER stayed some place as perfect (for my boyfriend and I) as 200 Berlin Rd. We will 100% stay here again, if available on our next trip. "This was a great cabin to stay in. Surprisingly there was air conditioning available. The hot water is on demand so takes some getting used to, but worked great. The access to ATV trails is behind the cabin and thru the campground. A little hard to find but the individuals across the street were very helpful. The cabin came with everything you would need to cook dinner. We did bring a small grill for outside. Overall a great stay and would love to come back. "

"Great little place with close locations to many outdoor activities. Inside is nicely done as photos show. Overall great place to stay! Notes: As for food prep there is a grill and toaster oven but no microwave. There is a shower but no towels. Bathroom had a window but with no curtain or blinds. Just a couple things noticed."
