"The staff was very friendly . Hotel lobby is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and have wood floors and a large bathroom. The view from the room was a gorgeous ocean view from a balcony with 2 high adorondeck chairs. Very quiet. "

"Samwise went out of his way to accommodate me. Unlike any other hotel that I’ve stayed in this is far from a hotel. It’s like staying in a bed-and-breakfast on the people that take care of you are like family.. Warren was especially wise and sweet… And answered all of my questions… During the mist of a hurricane in Tampa, where all the refugees are crowding in Santa Rosa Beach hibiscus house was reasonably priced, especially being in the location. It is in Grayton Beach… I can’t thank them both...

"Nice property. The benches located at the top of the beach access were perfect for my mother-in-law who has mobility y issues but loves being close to the waves. The area is really nice but severely underlit. If you venture out after sunset be on the lookout for pedestrians and cyclists. "

"The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. Some switches on walls do not control anything. The front door lock gap issue and the damaged towel rack is a main concern,...

"Pictures on website are for unit A, unfortunately we had the back unit, B. Still able to enjoy the dock. Was informed prior to arrival passcode for the door, it was wrong. Had to call to get correct passcode texted to me. Overall, not bad experience."

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel.
