"This is my second time staying here and I will stay here whenever it’s available for my trips to Dartmouth. It’s comfortable, quiet, close to downtown and the ferry to Halifax. The owner is on site and communication is clear. Lots of amenities in both units as I’ve stayed in both and they are very clean and we maintained. Parking on site. Such a great spot. "

"If you are looking for a secluded spot, this is the place. We enjoyed going for walks and kayaking around the island. The kitchen is spacious so we did a fair bit of cooking, although it’s a short drive into town to go out to dinner if that’s what you prefer. The only drawback is that the downstairs bedroom was a bit loud because of pumps turning on and off at night, but if you’re a sound sleeper that shouldn’t be a problem. "

However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "
