"The host Frank was awesome, very friendly and went out of his way to make sure the room worked for me and that we were comfortable because I had recently recovered from knee surgery. The motel is older but is clean and well kept. We stayed two nights when we first arrived on Haida Gwaii and came back for a third night before catching our ferry home. Frank was nice enough to let us do our laundry for free because we were returning customers. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Beautiful location next to the idyllic river. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Big problem was the lack of a Hotel Restaurant for dinner for two of the three nights we stayed. Very limited alternative places to eat on Haida Gwaii and nowhere nearby. "
