"The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. "Really nice and comfortable, cozy house away from the city. Beautiful view and silent nights. Relaxing in the pool during hot days, or sitting by the fire pit in the night. What can be better when escaping from a noisy city?! This place is definitely 10 of 10!"

"We wanted a property in Newtown, close to our kids. This property was a 10 minute walk to their house and close to all shops and amenities. There was a minor hiccup on our arrival and the owner was amazing. He got onto it straight away, and then followed up to make sure everything was ok. The property had everything we needed. A large living space, and a large bathroom with a bath. We will definitely stay again."
