"I mean, Northumberland is a beautiful place, and this property was no less beautiful. "We visited for a wedding in the adjoining Le petite chateau and had a wonderful day. All of the staff were polite, helpful and service was excellent. "Booked last minute as we needed to break our journey. Arrived at 20.30 hrs. Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. As food was only served till 9pm we put our bags in the room and came down for some food. The menu looked good and what we ordered didnt dissapoint. "We had a fabulous time at the Bridges B&B. Lesley was the perfect host, so friendly and helpful we immediately felt it was home from home. The interior was like a boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. It was very comfortable, Steve and Lesley had thought of everything. The breakfasts were also excellent, Lesley went the extra mile to ensure I had something suitable for IBS. She really was so thoughtful and we really appreciated it."
