"I am so glad we found this place. It has a unique charm to it versus all the condo listings we saw. Amazing lanai view of the water and a little inlet with tons of turtles. Amenities were great. AC was cool, kitchen was great, everything was clean. We stopped at costco in Lihue and did some cooking. The perfect place if you are looking for something on the south side. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Koloa and Poipu. We loved it."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing - a quick walk across the street to the beach and very close to some of our favorite restaurants and shops. The unit was incredibly clean and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive."

"We loved the rainforest that surrounded the tree cottage. The cottage itself was cozy and inviting. The dehumidifier and heater were a nice touch in the humid and cooler climate; the kitchen was great for preparing our own meals; very clean; friendly and accommodating host."

"We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to go back. This cottage in the rainforest is absolutely perfect. The property is beautiful and Mary is so helpful. If you want to truly feel like you are on vacation on the Big Island this is the place to stay. "

"We were very impressed by the house. Very clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds and pillows were very nice. It was hot and humid but the AC in the bedrooms helped. The kitchen was so good that it made me feel like it was my own kitchen at home. Everything worked perfectly and finally the location so close to the beach made it great !"

"The grounds were amazing. We were allowed to pick our own fruits like papaya, sapote, banana, mountain apple, avocado, cacao, etc. The property was clean and cozy, and the outdoor shower was very nice. Only downside was a couple of loud coqui frogs at night, and it was a bit of a drive to Hilo."

"Nice beach cottage right Infront of the beach. Always plenty of space on the beach. Everything you’d need in the cottage. Snorkels, boogie board, cooler, towels etc. we left our floaty behind for someone else to enjoy. Waking up in a beautiful colored room was nice. Lots of turtles beached early morning and after dark, to walk by and see. It definitely gets hot in the cottage. "We had an amazing time! We could not believe how close we were to the beach/ocean. We could feel/see/hear the ocean at all times in the VRBO. "Where do I start…this magical cottage is amazing! From the personalized welcome sign to the hanging bed on the lanai this place left us feeling relaxed and not wanting to leave. The sound of frogs at night serenaded us to sleep and the bright sun and birds chirping woke us up in the morning. Walking through the lychee orchard was such experience. "David was a lovely host and provided a generous welcome with tips on the local flora. The house is simple in the best way - utterly relaxing and with all you need. The location is spectacular for snorkeling because you can walk to the best spots and shower in the outdoor shower after.
