"The room was beautiful and relaxing. I wanted to spend time there! Everything seemed well thought out so the small details made it quite a special experience. The bed and linens were great, the fruit was lovely, and the coffee/tea with the table set was welcoming. I could warm up quickly if it got chilly, and the private patio with rocking chairs was a nice way to enjoy coffee at dawn. "

"Servicio de limpieza solo una vez durante la estadía de 4 noches. Pedimos toallas en dos ocasiones y nunca fueron entregadas. Hasta cuando van a seguir usando Covid para no limpiar las habitaciones todos los días? Propiedad es fantastica, muy bien mantenida. No justifica pagar un precio tan slto por noche y no tener todos los servicios. Hawai es muy complicado para viajar en este momento. Rental car aceptan reservas y no tienen autos. Buena suerte para consiguir taxis "

"It was late at night when we got to this VRBO. The instructions told us to walk down a path that would be lighten but it was completly pitch back and we were walking in the middle of a rainforest. Once we figured out where we were, we typed the code and got the key. We walk in and the place is a mess. Dirty sheets, dirty towels all over, food everywhere, clearly not ready for us to be there. We text the property owner and he thankfully responded quickly. He gave us the code to the other room....

"Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up."

"Our stay at Tree House in Volcano Rainforest was excellent. The host communicated clearly and was very responsive. The location is perfect if you want to visit Volcanoes National Park.The house is the top story of a structure and consists of two main areas. The downstairs has a front room with two couches and a small heater, and a small kitchen. There is a plugin hot plate for stovetop cooking, a small microwave, and a small toaster oven. We typically go to Costco and purchase items there, and...
