"Was great experience so far. Very happy, easy checking in Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. I've Stayed at more expensive places that were no where near this clean. "My room number was 105, 1st floor in Alleghany Springs. The dishwasher needed to be reattached to the wall, the 2 screws were clearly sitting on the counter above, but this was not repaired before our stay. Each time opened, the DW jarred forward, ugh! The room was clean, & adequate for the 4 of us, realizing that sofa beds are never the most comfortable. "

"Overall, a very nice room and property. We had a couple problems with electronic key access (to our room and to the front door). While inconvenient, staff always addressed the problems quickly. Make sure you read the check-in instructions and look over maps so you know where to check, etc. Overall, very nice...we will be back and stay in the Highland House."

"Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. "

"Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire. "

"We had a great three night stay at Tea Creek Mountain Cabin. The cabin was just what we were looking for. Comfortable, secluded, and close to Williams River trout fishing. The cabin is not fancy. It’s actually fairly rustic, but it has everything you need, and the hosts were great to work with. We will definitely try and go back again."

"Great place and very kid friendly. We had to leave early due to a family emergency but the time there was great. The only gripe is the internet is very slow. Very difficult to work remotely. This isn’t anything the owner can control or upgrade. The building needs new wiring to support better technology than DSL running over old phone line."
