"This tiny house was great for some alone time with your partner. The only downsides were, there was a coffee pot you could make coffee on the stove, but no coffee maker. Your are set out in the country some, so some insects are to be expected, but they mostly stayed on the first floor, there was a decent amount of ants in the kitchen (windows were rustic, so they were coming in there) we just kept any food in the fridge. "We were going to a wedding at a wi dry venue near Charlottesville. There were 8 of us and this house was a perfect alternative to going to a hotel. House was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was a 30 minute drive to Charlottesville and 30 minute drive to wedding venue so it required a bit of driving on some country roads. But everyone had a nice time together. "

"During my stay at the VRBO rental, I found the house to be cozy and the outdoor space lovely and relaxing. The kitchen and BBQ grill were a plus. However, there were a few hiccups. "The property needed a cleaning on the inside… cobwebs and overall dust. It seemed that no one had stayed in a while and was left as is. We had to ask the owner for washcloths because they were not provided with towels. WiFi was working half the time and was Roku so limited to watch anything.
