"What a perfect place for our rest and relaxation getaway! The cottage was beautiful, fresh and perfectly equipped -- furnishings, bedding, appliances and even nightlights throughout. The view of the cove and wildfowl was great inside and out. It was an easy drive into town, and we really enjoyed sightseeing and visiting excellent area restaurants. "You could not ask for a better host than Claire! She was so kind to us during our stay. The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nearby Polly's Cove is a beautiful hike. We highly recommend this property!"

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. "
