"We are very familiar with Melbourne Beach and found the accommodations good. It needs a little TLC with some updates (not a fan of carpet) and (bathroom cabinet were a bit low), but had everything that we needed. The view is amazing from the suite and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved staying right on the beach! Townhome was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. One quirk was the accuracy of the listing. It showed it was for 6 guests in some places and 8 guests in others (we had 4 adults, 2 kids and a pak-n-play toddler). Description seemed like it was a bedroom downstairs with king bed and bedroom upstairs with 2 queens. That was mostly correct, but upstairs in a common area there was another queen bed (bonus!) "We were overall very disappointed in our stay. We actually left an entire day and night early. If there are occupants in the unit above you, don’t plan on getting much sleep. You can hear everything going on above you, down to foot steps. To describe this condo as “luxury” is also inaccurate. A neighbor told us someone recently renovated the building but it was cheaply done. There’s also not an oven. The proximity to the beach is wonderful."
