"We enjoyed or stay and the view was terrific. Deck furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner says she is eliminating washcloths but when we asked she provided a couple more. What would have made our stay better would have been a washer/dryer available and access to that beautiful upstairs bathroom off the master bedroom which made that nice bedroom unusable with only toilet and sink available."

"The cottage is secluded with plenty of wildlife and amazing scenery. We were visited by fox, deer and hummingbirds!The kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfortable. "Looking for peace and quiet with an amazing view; this is the place to go. The wooden cottage is located up a hill with an amazing view on Lake Bras d’Or. The pictures are 100% accurate. Only thing to keep in mind, the drive up the hill is quite steep and the gravel road is quite bumpy. If you don’t drive a 4x4 or an awd vehicle, make sure your car is not too close to the ground or you could scrape and cause damage."

"Secluded and peaceful. It was everything that we needed in a quick weekend getaway. The view was spectacular from the deck and hot tub. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was. No cell service, let us put our phones down and truly relax (wifi was great and the signal was strong). Christoph was helpful, he called and emailed to ensure we had directions.
