"Muy limpio,el personal muy amable,el condo muy bonito 2 cuartos ,2 baños cocina equipada...una alberca junto a mi condo y las albercas principales y la playa como a 8 o 10 minutos caminando,puedes rentar bicicletas,carritos de golf es tan grande el complejo que no pude recorrerlo todo pero muy lindo."

"Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great."

"Perfect location and accomodations for our family of 3. Loved the king bed which usually isn't available at smaller houses in this price range. The quick beach access and roomy patio to clean up and dry off made trips to and from the ocean very easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facility had everything we needed and most importantly, everything worked. So often with vacation rentals we find there is a switch, or outlet, or faucet that doesn't work well or at all. None of that here. ...

"Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking...

"We had a wonderful time at this home. Our party of 8 adults had plenty of room to relax and spend time together. Everything about the home was great. The home had an extremely well stocked large kitchen. Large open living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. We also enjoyed the large screened back porch that had a ceiling fan and smart TV. We had access to 4 great bikes which we enjoyed riding around the island. We had access to beach chairs, umbrellas for shade and some very nice...

"We enjoyed the house, it was clean, well stocked and convenient. My only concern was the back yard had not been cut and my dogs didn’t like going out there."

"Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time. "

"We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years as a family. Each house we stay in has its own unique style and comfort. Ebb Tide was beautiful! Thoughtfully decorated! The deck, open floor plan, and central location made this house perfect for our group of 7. I got married while I was there and we had the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the dunes. We celebrated and danced the night away on the upper deck. This house was perfect for our small group. We will be back! "

"Rosie's Retreat was exactly what we wanted - a short hop to the beach, cozy and clean. Would highly recommend it. House has a great outdoor kitchen and patio and is a quick walk to great restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend it. Very responsive host. Looking forward to returning. "

"The property is convenient to literally everything!! The pool was perfect and the room was comfortable. The golf cart was a very nice perk to go to breakfast and then to the beach. The host is great. It would be nice to be able to use the bathroom without "trapping" anyone else who is with you in either the bedroom or outside; however, it is not an issue if toilet privacy is not a huge deal. I did not pick on this from the pictures but it definitely would not have changed my mind about...
