"The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been...

"We’ve been vacationing at Amelia for many years and stayed at multiple places. This unit may well be the all around best of them all! Feels very private. Layout is wonderful and roomy. Very nicely appointed. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen. Our host was wonderful! Easy check-in, provided lots of helpful info, and was very responsive to any questions or needs! Would be thrilled to stay there again!"

(towels, paper goods, etc.) The only complaint I have is the selection of TV programs. A smart TV would have been great! Other than that, the accommodations were perfect. Customer service was spot on!"
