"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. "Great location! The property was clean, basic rooms but cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed regularly. Air con was a bonus. Pool area great for Skiathos town. Only downside for me was the bathroom a bit dark and could do with a revamp…shower screen instead of curtain. But wouldn’t put me off going back for sure! "

"Lovely beautiful clean property with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Great location right in the heart of Skiathos town. Large comfortable bed, fridge, Nepresso coffee machine, ironing board, smart TV with Netflix, washing line, great shower and some crockery which we used to for breakfast on the balcony. Bottled water left in fridge when we arrived and on the final day some crisps left for us to enjoy. Definitely as good as the reviews say - we would stay again. Thank you."

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"Great one night stay at Hotel Mato. Traditional old Greek house where the lady owner was so helpful and friendly. We had a room at the top of the house (up a spiral staircase) which had a spacious balcony with amazing views of the port. Lovely traditional Greek breakfast. The location is fantastic for Skiathos old town and the ferry port. Would recommend (as long as you like cats - she has tons them! ) "

"The location is 15 min. from Linaria Port, 10 min. from the center of Skyros city and 5 min. from Girismata Beach. The hotel is very nice, clean and has a beautiful garden.
