"10/10 perfect to be near Folly Beach and all it offers but a bit off the beaten path. Beautiful rooms, excellent, friendly, no hassle staff and a wonderful hot homemade breakfast. Get the top floor if you’re able the views are mesmerizing. We watched dolphins, jumping fish, birds and more from our private balcony. Perfect!! "

"Hospitality at its absolute finest! The small details make a huge difference. You definitely feel like you’re in the upper echelon of society while staying there. Centrally located but yet you feel like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Tea time was a nice treat in the afternoon and breakfast options are the same as a diner. "

"Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again."

"This was a very cute historical space in a good price range and a great location for Charleston. We were able to walk to everything in the historic corner, many shelves and restaurants, museums, etc.. The kitchen house is in the back of a beautiful old home, historically it would have been the kitchen for the main house where servant quarters were above the kitchen. There were many historical furnishings in the home, but yet it continued to many modern inconveniences. It was the perfect amount...
