"We loved our stay! Teresa was very kind and accommodating, and the locations was perfect! If you turn right on Folly Road out of the neighborhood you run into Folly Beach within 15 minutes…if you turn left on Folly Road you’ll be in downtown Charleston in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Teresa!!"

"Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! "

"Nice gazebo and covered patio with easy kayak access to tidal inlet, did see dolphins in the deep water area, many kayaks to choose from. Everything you could need in kitchen and bath if you forget something "

"Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again!"

"Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they...

"Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back ."

"Great place in an awesome location right in the beach. Walk to great restaurants and the pier.As advertised.I will say no elevator and 3rd floor with suitcases and groceries and dogs was a killer on our old knees! "

"We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston. "

"This one bed room apartment is a wonderful cozy stay. The unit was clean and is great for a couple. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in. The location is great. We were able to get downtown in about 20 minutes and there are several restaurants close by. Our host was very helpful troubleshooting a few minor issues and the checkin process was easy. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Charleston."
