"洗濯機＋乾燥機＋洗剤付でタオルは自分で洗って使って〜、となっていました。最初の二組は常備。四泊したので別に洗わなくても大丈夫なのですが、他の洗濯物もあり洗って乾燥機を掛けたら快適！ 鍵も暗証番号入力だし、掃除も各自だし、ゴミも自分で出すし、求め方が多岐に渡る選択となってきたのを痛感。 リゾートとして全てやってもらうタイプとコストを下げる為に自活するタイプと更に選択肢の広がりが出て来た感じで、最初は、？？？と思いましたが、これもありだな…、と。 益々、予約時に施設内容を良く読まないと失望感が強くなる可能性があるので注意です！"

"하카타역과 캐널시티를 도보로 이동하는데 전혀 문제가 안됩니다. 주변에 편의점도 많고 마트도 위치해 있고요. 아주 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 방 내부도 만족스러웠고 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 체크인이 비대면 방식이라 처음 접하는 저한테는 조금 어려운 점도 있었습니다. 밤에 자동차나 오토바이가 빠르게 지나갈때 소음이 잘 들리는 점은 단점입니다. "

"I was greeted by the friendly staff during check in. She accommodated me by explaining the rules in English, as well as giving a short tour of the place. Everything was clean and high quality with a luxurious modern design, including a full kitchen. I wasn't expecting conditioned water for the shower which was a nice surprise. If I find myself needing another vacation to Kouri Island, I'll stay at this place again!"

"アメニティが豊富で、何より洗濯洗剤まで用意してあったのには感動！！歯ブラシ、櫛だけでなく、バスクリン、パック、ヘアオイルなどなど。受付の方に声をかけるとアイスコーヒー用に氷入りのコップを用意してくれていて、マシンで美味しいコーヒーが無料で飲めて最高！お出かけ前や目覚めのコーヒーをいただけます。 もちろんお部屋も綺麗で、清掃が行き届いており、全く不快に思う点がないです。共有部分も清掃がされており、駐車場もかなりの台数置けるのでゆとりがあります。受付の方の対応も心地よく、何から何まで満足でした！ さらに浴室乾燥機が付いているので、洗濯後に翌日すぐ使えるし、アクティビティに疲れたら昼寝しに戻ってきてもいいし。田舎すぎず、繁華街すぎず、周りが無音で星も綺麗で夜ゆっくり休めます。本当によかったです！！！"

"Great units and plenty of communication with the landlord. My only constructive criticism would be to have more instructions on how certain appliances in the unit work for International visitors. While I can appreciate that their rent is based on the number of occupants I found their policy regarding not allowing any visitors to visit the property (Even temporarily ) inhospitable and contrary to my experience with Japanese culture."

"全般に満足でしたが、以下2点提案致します。 1.フェイスタオルは3か所で使うので、洗い替え考慮し、６枚あると便利。 2.レースのカーテンは直射日光を通して、暑く眩しい。遮光カーテンを閉めると暗くなるので、レースではなく、柔らかく直射日光を遮る薄手の生地の方がいい。"

"OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding from the hotel staff. Do not recommend staying here. There are plenty of more modern hotels in the city to choose from."
