"Pictures on website are for unit A, unfortunately we had the back unit, B. Still able to enjoy the dock. Was informed prior to arrival passcode for the door, it was wrong. Had to call to get correct passcode texted to me. Overall, not bad experience."

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel.
