"We had a great stay! For the price, you can't beat it having lake front rental with kayaks. Nice views of the lake. Very peaceful. 15-40mins away from great hiking. It was private; sometimes we heard neighbors, but rarely. House on a main road and would hear road noise, but if no cars passing, then it was quiet. We used the kayaks, and I brought my paddleboard. "My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek.
