"We had such an amazing time during our stay here. We brought our son, and 3 of his friends, to celebrate his 14th birthday. They had a blast fishing and swimming in the river. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and we enjoyed the peaceful setting. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We hope to visit again! "

It envelopes you in peace and tranquility to allow your stress to drift its way down the river. "Not a far drive from the Raystown Resort which offers a beautiful lake to walk around at, fish to feed and a very fun water park. It’s a little on the small side but fun! Also several things to do on the lake and a pizza place that is delicious. Some convenience stores not to far from the cabin. Beautiful area with lots of wildlife!"

"Its was in the middle of nowhere but still only 10 minutes away from a store . The kids and grandkids loved fishing, camp fires, walking the trails and just having fun . Would stay again ."

"Our stay in the Cedar Hill Cottage was certainly represented well by the website photos and was in a very pleasant location in the rural outskirts of Chambersburg. The wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathrooms certainly made our stay easy in terms of fulfilling all our needs, and the cleanliness of the house overall was evident upon first entering the front door. We really liked the deck and view; cool in the shade and pleased by the woodsy surroundings! You can even see the distant Blue Ridge...

"We stayed 2 nights here and loved every minute, wish we had stayed longer! The cabin was quiet, peaceful and secluded so it made for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was on a screened in deck overlooking the woods so we could enjoy the nature without the bugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need. Plenty of games and books, a DVD player and 2 TVs. The bed was very soft and all the linens and towels smelled and felt fresh and clean. We would love to stay again...
