"The location of this place was so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door. They had beach chairs and towels for my stay and everything I needed inside the unit. It was great having washer and dryer and the thermostat was at a perfect temp all week. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the thermostat was in the unit, I never had to adjust it. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"This stay was so memorable and great for us! The home was cozy and sparkling clean. There were no needs not met - it was so well appointed. The pool was our favorite part with our little ones. All the extras that Dan and Goose provide make you feel so at ease. We can’t say enough good things about this place, you’ve got to experience it for yourself! The golf cart was the cherry on top."

"my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. "

"Cottage right in the beach. Excellent location on Holmes Beach. Publix 2 minutes away. Very clean. Easy check in. "

"We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and this house was so perfect, clean and relaxing."

"This cottage was great for staying close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Everything was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The only downside is how close it is to the main road and how much traffic noise you hear in the main bedroom. Expect to be woken up very early every morning by the sound of cars driving. They are also building two new homes on the street almost directly in front of this house. Nothing the owners can control but just something to be aware of when booking....

"We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the recent renovations took us by surprise, in a good way. The location is extremely convenient, especially since we rented a golf cart, with beach access just around the corner. Publix is within walking distance along with many other restaurants and stores. "We had a fantastic stay at Sophie's Cottage. The entire home has been renovated and is pristine and immaculate. The pool and backyard are breathtaking with an amazing view of the canal. The owner, Jim, is high class and ensured we had everything we needed to start our vacation; bikes, chairs, beach towels. Great communications with him. He provides everything you need to have a memorable stay. The home is perfectly located near the beach and village. Definitely will return!"

"The private beach was a short walk and wonderful. Not crowded at all. Perfect escape. The landscaping on property was beautiful and the bay access at back of property, I didn’t want to leave. "

"For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key."
