"We had a good stay at the property, staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was huge and very comfortable, comfy pillows too, nice specious room which was tad dated but was clean enough not to spoil our stay. Good pub attached to the hotel, great that it had little play area to keep little ones happy and on the day we arrived there was a bouncy castle which was huge bonus. I would have been happier if breakfast was a bit better. There wasn't a huge choice for the continental breakfast and had...

"The location is perfect for all central amenities. The upstairs bar and restaurant with Balcony is stunning. We had a standard room and it was bigger than most we’ve stayed in, with s as ll new modern fittings. Very efficient staff snd excellent breakfast. Would certainly stay again."

"Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep. We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future. No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so...

"Was good value for money. Conveniently situated for visiting Renishaw Hall wine tasting and gardens . Comfy bed, and not a bad size bathroom. Rain shower but no hairdryer. The food in the restaurant was really good, not that quick to appear but it was worth the wait. We didn’t like being so close to the road though.We couldn’t get the window to close properly so that it made it noisier once the traffic started in the morning."
