"Quirky pub with lots of different little areas of seating. Nice big car park and small outdoor seating area. Lots to do in the area. Just needs more staff, every time we wanted a drink or to order food we had to go looking for staff. Cooked breakfast was on the small side for portion and quite a long wait both to order and food to arrive. Evening staff were very friendly and bar meals good value. Room was a little noisy from bar below until closing time. Bed was comfy and room well equipped."

The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure."
