"The staff were helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was really good, especially for my wife who has dietary challenges. The only downside for us was the tight and twisty stairs to the 2nd floor room when carrying luggage, but then we are in our 70's. Would stay again."

"Very pretty pub with rooms in a gorgeous riverside setting. Accessed across two walkways across the river, the pub is cleverly designed and decorated, making the most of its watermill heritage. The staff are very friendly and keen to help. Our room was bigger than expected and well equipped, and supper in the conservatory overlooking the river was impressive. Breakfast too was perfect, the wonderful staff really adding to the experience. Well done team. You hit all the right spots."

"We had a lovely stay with our two large dogs who were also very well looked after and catered for by the lovely landlords. Modern rooms, perfect size. Good walking distance of Lymington. We will definitely stay again thank you! "

"The gym and sauna were quiet poor. The rooms were nice but small. The bathroom was good but almost as big as the bedroom. "

"Lage, Sauberkeit, Zustand - alles prima. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack individuell eingerichtet, Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zugewandt. Das Frühstück war überragend! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"We booked the room thinking we had access to the spa as all photos showed it, but when we got there we didn’t have access to most spa areas, which were a premium service on top of the room cost (over £250/night). The room was spacious but it’s old fashioned and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Disappointing."
