While trying to contact the Host, there were no helpful responses to resolve the issue. Eventually, we needed to pay 400 for an hotel room upfront. "I loved everything about this property. It was exactly as described. Very clean, comfy beds, and every little detail was well thought out. The kitchen was stocked with necessities should we have needed them, which was a relief because we had traveled from out of state. The beds were also very comfy. I slept like a baby every night.
