"The property was just what we needed for family and friends to all come together. The house offered enough space for everyone to spend out . We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again . We may make this a annual trip. "

"Check in was very smooth and no issues. TJ was amazing with communicating activities taking place in the area (4th of July visit). TJ was also very quick to respond when we had a maintenance issue. The house is very spacious and spread out. My group consisted of 8 people. We never felt congested or in each others way. The home is just outside of the busy Panama City Beach attractions but within a 30 minute drive. It was very affordable and allowed us to step away."

"It was a really good house. Myself, my husband, three kids, my mom and two dogs all stayed comfortably without feeling cramped. The fenced in yard was great and I had zero worries about my dogs getting out (one of them is smaller). We had an XL SUV which was a pain to park due to the size of the driveway but that is the only complaint. It is about a 30 min drive to the beach but we didn’t mind, we didn’t want to stay in the city and this was a half way point between home and Orlando which is...

"The property was clean and good for two separate family's. The main thing is if you have a pet be careful because behind the home is a Pitbull that is unsupervised with a pet door that try's to digs under the fence. The home also could use a refresh with paint, many places need attention.pavers in the back are a tripping hazard which I told the owner about. The sofabed in the garage conversion was broke. The beds and sheets, pillows were great and had a good night sleep.The neighborhood was just...
