"The worst booking I've ever made.The host never provided the check in information to me or VRBO. A day before check in she told VRBO she provided the info and had not. So, VRBO had to look at all our VRBO messages to determine that she had not provided the check info. She did not answer numerous calls from VRBO. Finally she texted me saying "I told you everything is fine", referring to a text sent a over week prior. Then I received numerous very long ranting rude texts. I finally blocked her...

"Everything was great. This location is in the heart of Harlem right next to the famous Apollo Theatre. You can get access to groceries, shopping and culture. The view overlooking New York was breathtaking. Be mindful that entrance is on 126th Street. "

"We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in this magnificent property. It's rare to find something spacious and comfortable in New York when you come with a large family. There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. The distance to the Big Apple is a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood where the property is located is very safe...
