"This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!"

"We had a great trip! Charles was a communicative and flexible host. The house was in an ideal location and allowed for an easy family vacation. We loved having our morning coffees on the front porch, and ate every meal in the backyard. Hope we are able to make this an annual trip!"

"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"Fantastic experience with this beautiful home, located just a block from cute Main Street. The beds were super comfortable, and the owners had made so many wonderful touches to make our stay memorable. It could not have been more perfect!"

"We had a great stay. The house was very nice and similar to the pictures posted online. The view is incredible and worth the stay alone. The only challenging part of the trip was the ability to call Ubers / Lyfts into town given the remote nature of the house - sometimes the wait time was upwards of 20 minutes. Additionally, the instructions to arrive at the house can be challenging for drivers. "

"We had a great stay in Hyannis! The location is great for catching a ferry to Nantucket or the vineyard, and Main Street is within walking distance. The backyard is also very peaceful for a cup of coffee in the morning! "

"This house is beautiful, just like the photos. Very clean and organized. All you need are your clothes and personal items as they've thought of everything. Communication with the hosts was great. Read their suggestions of what is available and what is suggested to bring. The furniture is very comfortable as are the beds and pillows. Nice towels, hair dryers are plentiful and a very well thought out and stocked kitchen with every appliance you'd ever need. We weren't there long enough to enjoy...
