"Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. "

"A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston."

"As you walk in there’s music playing and the electric fire place is on. Great staging!! Everything smells and looks clean!! Everything was perfect!! Shower was amazing!! Best pressure ever!! Loved the 50” smart TV!! Location was great!! Close stop and shop (if needed) For us it was perfect because it was super close to the birthday we were attending and close to our nephew and nieces home. The host, Michelle, communicated very well!! They even left some welcome snacks!! Chips and bottled water. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Beds were sooooo comfy. We had a king bed in one room, two full beds in the other bedroom, and 2 twin size rollaways. Plenty of space for 6 of us. - Fantastic gym in the basement that we used twice during our stay- Huge rooftop patio with propane fire pits that were easy to use. Also a full grill setup that would have been great in warmer weather. We spent multiple hours hanging out up there. They also had an indoor communal space on the top floor that was...
